How To Install GhostScript?
- First, download the latest GPL GhostScript Package
- Open GhostScript installer and follow the instruction.
- You need to set an environment variable GS_PROG to point to gswin32c.exe
- Go to Control Panel-->System-->Advance
- Now click On Environment Variables.
- You can choose between user or system variable. I choose user
- Next, Click new and type GS_PROG in variable names.
- In variables value, point to gswin32c.exe, in my case (D:\Program Files\gs\gs8.62\bin\gswin32.exe)

I think you mean gswin32c.exe for that ending executable? (missing the "c").
Also, does the computer need to be re-started after changing a Windows Environment Variable?
